Definitions

In this agreement, references to "Bromley Airport Minicabs," "we," or "us" denote the service provider. The terms "you" and "your" encompass any individual, business entity, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

2.1 It is imperative that you allocate sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to specific check-in times for flights. Bromley Airport Minicabs shall not be held liable for any delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be prepared for collection at the scheduled time.

2.2 You are responsible for selecting a vehicle size suitable for the number of passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee accommodation for excessive luggage. Please note that regardless of age, each child is considered a separate passenger.

2.3 Any request for wheelchair access must be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotations are based on the information provided by you. Unless otherwise specified, all prices exclude VAT, which will be charged separately if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted price in the event of significant changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quote includes a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and covers airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this period will incur standard waiting charges. While we endeavor to accommodate flight delays, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this confirmation. Failure to notify Bromley Airport Minicabs of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs for which we shall not be liable.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage or cleanliness issues caused by passengers may incur additional charges for cleaning or repairs.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained according to their age, height, and weight.

4.4 We adhere to passenger limits as stipulated by licensing and insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at the earliest opportunity. Failure to cancel a vehicle before dispatch may result in cancellation charges based on the distance traveled by the driver up to the point of cancellation.

5.2 Online booking cancellations made before dispatch may incur charges.

Liability

6.1 While we strive to ensure timely arrival, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. Under no circumstances shall Bromley Airport Minicabs be liable for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 You assume responsibility for your luggage.

6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will make arrangements for an alternative vehicle to complete your journey promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Bromley Airport Minicabs liable for any expenses, damages, or losses resulting from actions or omissions of individuals in your party.

6.5 No provision in this agreement seeks to limit liability for personal injury, death, negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation, as prohibited by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if the safety of our vehicle or driver is compromised due to misconduct, violence, or damage caused by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 Bromley Airport Minicabs may subcontract its obligations under this agreement. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement without our consent.

8.2 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions, with any changes being effective upon publication on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information by the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Bromley Airport Minicabs and you.

8.5 No third party shall derive any rights under this agreement unless expressly stipulated in writing.

Disputes

Any dispute or claim must be raised within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made beyond this timeframe may not be entertained by Bromley Airport Minicabs.
